Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date payment for your order is received. To expedite the processing time, it’s a good idea to have your order shipped to the same address as the billing address of the card used for the purchase. WHEN DOES DEPRESSEDMONSTERS.COM RESTOCK?
Unfortunately, we do not have specific restocking dates for any items. Due to the limited nature of our items, once a size or SKU sells out, it is gone forever.
HOW CAN I GET AN ITEM THAT’S CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK?
Unfortunately, if an item is listed as out of stock, a specific size is not listed, or there’s no add to cart button on the product page, that means we do not have it in stock and it cannot be ordered.
CAN DEPRESSEDMONSTERS.COM PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER FOR ME FOR AN OUT OF STOCK ITEM?
At this time, we are unable to complete special orders. The only items available for purchase are those listed on our website in the sizes listed. RETURN & EXCHANGE FAQS
WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN ORDER I’M NOT HAPPY WITH?
If, for any reason, you received an order from DepressedMonsters.com that you are not completely satisfied with, you have 7 calendar days (1 week) to POST-MARK the order to return it to us for a full refund less shipping fees, as long as the item is still unused with its original packaging.
If you received incorrect or damaged order, the shipping fees paid will also be refunded.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
We process all returns within 1 to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return. On average, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks from the date you mail your return before the refund is posted in your account.
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER FOR A REFUND?
Yes. We will gladly refund your order as long as you meet our return guidelines. Please be aware that we will not be able to accept returns for items that are marked as final sale. Damaged, worn or used items can not be returned for a refund.
